She doesn't delegate any of the pre-production work to others. I was surprised to find out how much she had prepared when it was time to film, as many things were not originally her responsibility. I have to admire her dedication.

I've worked in journalism for ten years, and I've met countless behind-the-scenes staff, editors, and photographers. To be honest, most people are unwilling to do anything outside their job scope. I think it must be the kind of visual sense that everyone can understand as soon as it's explained!

Since I started working with Mingbai more than two years ago, I think the term I use to describe her most often is "savior"! Faced with tight deadlines and an imperfect source material library, Mingbai always manages to turn adversity into opportunity and always gets the gist of what I need quickly.

I remember once we really wanted to use animation to present the main theme, and Mingyi immediately made the animation for us by hand without hesitation (I'm really sorry, starting a business is tough).
